		<description>These are great! I love chickens so much, I don't know why. 
These remind me of this interview with Werner Herzog where he talked about his fear of chickens. He said, "well they are very frightening for me because their stupidity is so flat. You look into the eyes of a chicken and you lose yourself in a completely flat, frightening stupidity. They are like a great metaphor for me... I kind of love chicken, but they frighten me more than any other animal."</description>

		<description>I like the detail and the fact that you treated them like portraits of "people". A friend of mine in south PDX has a flock of 6 &#38; growing. According to him they all have distinct personalities and maintain a pretty strict pecking order, to the point that he goes out of his way to feed the smallest one first because the others just beat her up.</description>
